@jmoriboy MOTHER 1 has aged surprisingly well for an NES RPG but you will still run into multiple difficulty walls. The game doesn't need a remake, it needs a rebalance.

AFAIK the 1+2 translation patch gave you a ring in Ninten's basement that doubled the XP gain
