With 2026 just around the corner, I took some time and went through this year’s sketches. It has been so much fun. My biggest achievement this year was getting into a habit of drawing regularly. Drawing doesn’t feel like a chore anymore. It’s something I enjoy and look forward to

@ecutruin I enjoy drawing much more than generating images. Just the feeling of creating something exactly to the point that I want is what only drawing can give me.

But I’m still a beginner, so my art isn’t really that good yet (objectively)

@jzombrush Thanks! Yes I agree. It’s now the second break I took from social media and I can only say it helps so much.
Did a lot of coding, went on vacation, got my sleeping schedule sorted again, built some stuff in Minecraft and finally took some time to draw again.
