Here's what's actually happening on Legion's "The Road":

VP (Valor Points) is your grind currency. You earn it by finishing quests, raids, and content tasks on The Republic.

Ores are the loot you collect along the way (common, rare, epic, legendary). They're permanent and separate from VP.

So what's the point of stacking both?

When a token sale opens allocation (like Jumper ' s solana:Aybt5BWuW6kMNt7Jk1UmSgLzpEKev5pEnh82TA5rpump), you commit your VP into a weighted raffle for real $ allocation. Your odds depend on a formula:

Draw Weight = VP x (Ore multiplier + Referral multiplier + OG History multiplier + Squad multiplier)

More VP, plus higher multipliers, means better odds of an early rank in the raffle. Better rank means better shot at a bigger allocation.

Ores specifically boost your multiplier like this:

Ore (cap 10x), starts at 1x
Common +0.05x
Rare +0.20x
Epic +0.75x
Legendary +2.00x
So every ore you hold literally increases your draw weight, on top of your VP.
Once VP is committed to a raffle it's locked, no pulling it back out. And a good rank still doesn't guarantee an allocation, just better odds.
TL;DR: grind quests and raids for VP, hold onto ores for the multiplier, then stake both together when allocation opens.
Currently sitting at 3130 VP, with 52 common, 21 rare, 2 epic, and 1 legendary ore, that's already maxed the ore multiplier at the 10x cap.

I went digging through my own inventory in The Republic to actually understand how these three pieces connect, and it's simpler than I expected. No guesses, just what's actually in the system.

The math: VP × (Ore + Referrals + OG History + Squad) = Draw weight. Ore tiers: Common +0.05x, Rare +0.20x, Epic +0.75x, Legendary +2.00x (starts at 1x, caps at 10x).

My stash right now: 82 ores (58 Common, 22 Rare, 2 Epic, still no Legendary), 2 unopened crates, 0 mysteries sitting untouched. Crates reveal ore; mysteries could be VP, crates, both, or nothing. No guaranteed outcome.

Grinding toward that first Legendary 💪

So Let’s talk About the Ore Crate in republic of @legiondotcc

So basically You can earn mystery box through completing the task in journey.

This mystery crate give you 4 types of ore and VP based on your luck.

Common ore- 0.05 x boost each
Rare ore - 0.2 x boost each
Epic ore - 0.75 x boost each
Legendary ore- 2x boost each

My Inventory is following as:—
15 Common Ore → +0.05× each = +0.75×

5 Rare Ore → +0.20× each = +1.00×

So my current ore multiplier = 1× + 0.75× + 1.00× = 2.75×.

Right now I’m sitting on:

15 Common Ore → +0.75×
5 Rare Ore → +1.00×

So for now, I’m holding my ore and seeing how the inventory develops.
