Even then, Dohi (Parts 6/7 WB producer) has worked on the series since Part 5, so it's not some random newbie.

@law_etienne Considering Tsumagari's the show's CAD, the designs will go back to EP1's look after he redraws stuff again; this was probably a one-off thing and Tsumagari left Murao's corrections untouched out of respect for him since he's a veteran AD and one of the show's sub kyaradezas.
