@english_maven Hubby & I were just talking about this paradox with education. We test on the mastery of standards, & cannot grade on character(softskills & work ethics).Students need the boundaries & parental support of those boundaries to help our students/kids to learn those soft skills also.

1yr ago, i left my boy at a hotel so that he could get to MEPs the next day. Tomorrow will be 1yr sworn in, and 10m & 3 days with a sailor. Proud Navy Momma here.

I have a SAILOR. He is a member of the US Navy. He is my Sailor. It was so wonderful spending time woth him. I am proud to have him call me Mom.

@Aaron_Loats @stumpteacher A friend recently shared a very troubling reason why, some had hacked their devices & had been doing some awful (won't say it) things & now can't trust their own WiFi security. It is for the safety of their child, but got pwrmissin from school 1st before just not complying

First week of school for the girlies & hubby work wk 1 down... Me... SAHM rn. But God's plans are working &I'm preparing.
