@ChildersRadio I have a great idea for a show but new to the podcast game. Before enrolling in Chris's class I had no idea where to start. Chris's class was perfect for me. It gave me the tools and confidence needed to launch and implement my idea.
@ChildersRadio Not enough good things can be said about this class! Regardless of how much you know (or think you know) about broadcasting, Chris can teach you plenty more! I have so much respect for him taking this on, and highly recommend checking it out!
Matt was awesome to have in my first Show Pony University class. He is doing a podcast focusing on the Bears/Packers rivalry and its history. My goal is to help everyone learn the art of broadcasting, organizing a show, adding elements to enhance a broadcast, building a brand, etc. The next class starts on June 3rd. The class runs for 4 weeks and happens every Wednesday at 8 pm ET. Sign up here. https://t.co/n0EYTEBDvK
This is exactly why I started Show Pony University. Matt participated in my first class. Sign up for my next class, which starts June 3rd. The class runs for 4 weeks and meets every Wednesday at 8 pm. https://t.co/73dU5NOpwN

Second cohort (class) of Show Pony University starts NEXT WEEK on June 6th at 8pm eastern, and I honestly couldn’t be more fired up. Class runs for 4 weeks, every Wednesday.
We finish our first-ever cohort tomorrow, and the feedback from the students has been incredible. Several have told me the value has exceeded what they got paying for full broadcasting degrees at universities. My student, Doug, is even asking for Show Pony U alumni shirts.
That means the world to me because this class is focused on the NUANCE of broadcasting. The craft. The details. The lost art of truly connecting with an audience.
In a world where everyone can start a podcast, the people who understand the REAL skills of broadcasting will separate themselves from the pack.

@Somobomb18 What made nhl rivalries great was smaller divisions, divisional rivals played each other 6 x/year. Home/home were awesome. The nhl needs to lose the everybody plays everybody twice. I'd rather see an extra Hawks/blues. Nhl killed Hawks/wings. Sad. 1-8 playoffs
@beatingthebook I learned to play craps at Indian casinos under age. All I had to do was wear a suit coat and tie. No id was ever checked. Same move got me into $1000 seats at the Kentucky Derby for years!
@McInnispicks Very annoying that play is constantly stopped for good hockey plays. Replay is bad enough. Sure fighting is legal but today's NHL fights suck. I'd rather watch good body checks than guys punching each other in the helmet and visor.
