@LifeAfloat@Lah1979 I remember this from the course where you were our group's instructor at Eskdale. I'd had prior experience, having been brought up at OB Loch Eil. Was brass Primus stoves in my Dad's days as an instructor there, though ๐
Minke whale spotted off Sron Bheag in front of the campsite the other evening. Trevor Potts ID'd it and confirmed never having seen one so close into the bay in his 20 yard here. Sadly couldnt get pics in time before it headed West.
@callumsword Yes, was going to the quarry. After @bertwallens suggestion of which boat, I zoomed out on the 'spotters' app and found it on its return journey to confirm.
Big-bugger boat headed for somewhere. Have downloaded a boat spotting ID app, so would tell you where, but I took this pic the other day and forgot to make a note of it. #boatspotting#soundofmull#lockdownfun
@bertwallens Ah, I wasn't sure. I'm that case, it's headed to Germany as I looked it up today on it's way past North. The big 'uns still looking quite similar. #rookieboatspotter
Yesterday's rainbow over the Sound of Mull for Key Workers. Thinking of my ex Colleagues in Social Work, and the hard work they are doing to assess for and coordinate community care in Stirlingshire. #keyworkersโฆ https://t.co/gm6TQvA3Go
Got a fly in my mouth when cycling to the shop, forced to swallow it as was near a pedestrian. Coughing and spitting frowned upon these days I believe... ๐๐๐๐ท๐ท๐ท
