@hermannkelly I don't know where these places of packs of wandering children were. We had rules. Playing outside with neighborhood kids but must be within calling distance. Frequently heard calls from parents. Can't go out until jobs were done. Came home for lunch and called in for dinner.

@SigurdTeutonia @Tom_Rowsell @tylerbowyer My BIL was a strict saver. They paid for their older son's college and he has done very well. He paid off his mortgage in half the time. They stayed in that small home. He did nice upgrades himself. I doubt there are many today with his discipline or talent.
