@smiggle_ so disappointing that my daughter’s Smiggle pencil case, a birthday gift, hasn’t even lasted 4 weeks at school. Stitching around zip is faulty meaning zip has come off - and case therefore can’t be closed. Pls advise as to our remedies? Thank you

@BrewDog Bought a subscription box on PAYG as a gift on 10/02 - he loved it so I cancelled that subscription on 24/2 and signed up for a 3 mth subscription as better value for money. Unfortunately that meant he received the February box twice. So dsappointing!

@ChelmsCouncil I think our recycling and refuse collection team do a great job, but seriously unimpressed with a box of (undamaged!) glass bottles being collected this morning for me to later find shards of glass over the pavement / in front of our drive.
