@manager9040 Thank you for this! To add to the problem, my bag was delayed at Zurich airport! I arrive to dubai only to get an email that there is no bag! Now am waiting for the bag which god knows if it will arrive or not!

@FlySWISS are the worst! 1 hour delay in Dubai for no valid reasons, only to update it as 30 mins delay only! We reach zurich for a connecting flight that leaves in 15 mins, i tried telling the lady i do not fuckin want the duty free items i just need to catch the damn flight
