I ultimately had to cancel the ride and book an alternative to avoid a late-night argument and ensure our safety. To make matters worse, no refund has been initiated. I expect MMT to track this vendor, raise a formal complaint, and fix this. (3/3)

Asked him to come to Pick up point, he agreed first. waited 20 mins, then upon calling he refused to come to the designated airport pickup point stating its not allowed. At midnight, he is asking me and my wife to take an airport shuttle bus with our luggage at P4 parking. (2/3)

My order from Lenskart was supposed to be delivered by 17th December. The store representative assured me that it will be delivered before.

Upon tracking I see there is no update after the parcel is picked up on 14th Dec. Still not Delivered.

@Lenskart_com can you please provide a resolution by today? If you cannot deliver it by today, Can you please cancel and refund, since I will not be in the city over weekends?

Would suggest you to use more trusted delivery partners going forward.

Why is present address proof needed? When she already submitted old passport, aadhar and PAN?

UPDATE 2:

Some manager from @NoBrokerCare called and said they initiated delivery by @porterit_

Porter delivery guy marked it as delivered, but I haven’t received it (checked multiple times with security by physically visiting their cabin)
