Well if it doesn’t fulfil Kedaulatan Undang-Undang, Keluhuran Perlembagaan and Kesopanan dan Kesusilaan then it doesn’t fulfill good conduct under Article 19 of the Federal Constitution which governs citizenship. One is a valid legal instrument, another is for Public Policy.

5.Stamping, legal fees, and other costs.
Determine which party is responsible for the costs. Improvement proposals may include: the more capable party pays, mutual payment, or each party pays their own costs respectively (e.g., for legal fees).

4.Payments.
