@kaikanteat I had the same concern. turns out I went from bmi 37 to bmi 16, my partner adapted well and is always complimenting my body just as they did before. to each their own but Iβm a firm believer of doing what I want with my body and hoping the person I chose will love me regardless
@summ3rsmiles ok what a jerk!!! but letβs talk abt face composition: whenever Iβm restricting for a long time, I start looking sunken in. then, if I spend like a month restricting less and maintaining, my face gets back to normal at the same weight range as before. idk why but it works for me!
@hawkifer being realistic and grounded in biology: your body has so much tissue damage to repair, hawke. weight gain is not a priority for your organism right now. so answering to your question: I donβt think so and if anything, maybe youβll even lose a bit more from not using your muscles

@summ3rsmiles Iβve always taken a maintenance dosage one, trying to avoid a deficiency, but it didnβt work so well it seems π€ͺ now Iβll take a very large dose weekly for 12w and then repeat the test
@summ3rsmiles donβt worry bby, itβs all good! Iβm just catching up with all things medical related bc Iβve been avoiding it all for years. first I met with a pcp and got my prescriptions, then I saw an immunologist, next I got a full physical + labs, tomorrow Iβm getting a pap smear
there is no morality tied to ed behaviors
u are not a bad person for restricting, for binging, for purging, for hoarding or destroying food, for lying about having eaten, etc
what DOES make u a bad person? is tearing down others and hiding behind ur ed to do it.
