As an athlete, you need to accept your role on the team. It doesn’t matter if your role is to be the leading scorer or the glue guy, you must be willing and eager to do it for the sake of the team.

As an athlete, don’t put too much pressure on yourself to succeed. Not only does this hurt your mental health, but it also hurts your performance in games. You need to take unnecessary pressure off of yourself, have fun, and keep a positive attitude.
