BREAKING: National treasure and witness in the Manhattan Trump case, Stormy Daniels, has just spoke out on whether she is afraid to face former President Trump in the court of law. Her comments are certain to infuriate him:
"I've seen him naked. There's no way he could be scarier with his clothes on."
BREAKING: Judge hands MAJOR win to Dominion Voting Systems in $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News.
Superior Court Judge Eric Davis denied giving summary judgment to Fox News, which means the lawsuit will go to trial in mid-April.
This is a massive win because it means Dominion will NOT have to "litigate baseless conspiracy theories about its role in the 2020 election during the upcoming trial against Fox News and its parent company, Fox Corp," according to NBC News.
Been a good week for Democracy don't you think?
To the ‘if they can come for trump, they can come for you’ crowd:
If you have an affair with a porn star and then instruct your lawyer to pay that porn star $130,000 not to tell anyone about the affair in an effort to help yourself win a presidential election and then you write the payment off as a “legal expense”, then yes… the law will probably come for you too.
So, if you don’t want to be indicted for doing that - then don’t do it.
You’re welcome.

🚨MAJOR BREAKING: Donald Trump has officially been INDICTED by a Manhattan grand jury on criminal charges relating to his illegal hush-money payment to Stormy Daniels.
Trump is the FIRST president in U.S. history to be indicted. He’ll soon be booked, fingerprinted and have his mug shot taken when he’s processed by law enforcement.
Trump is an absolute DISGRACE to our country.
It's official: Donald Trump is the:
1st man in the Oval Office to be impeached twice
1st man in the Oval Office to incite an insurrection
1st to lose the popular vote TWICE
and now . . . the first to be INDICTED.
But the media is missing the biggest reason this is so important: For the victims of Donald, this is finally some measure of justice.
It's been a long time coming, but after everything Donald has put this country through, WE HAVE PREVAILED.
I'll see you on my substack later (see below👇) with my take on how this impacts our country and me personally, but for now, let's take a minute to celebrate--we've all earned it.
Drink Responsibly 😎
Trump is indicted! YES.
After I jumped up and down in victory, I had some thoughts.
1. We MUST celebrate. Justice is working in this case.
2. We must NOT think this somehow spells political doom for Donald Trump. NOPE.
We can't forget this simple fact – when a rich (not as rich as he wants you to think), white, narcissistic, sociopathic, hyper-privileged POS conman cries that HE is the biggest "victim" out there, his supporters eat it up.
So this will only help his chances with the Republican base. Floods of emails from Donald asking for money in 3, 2, 1... this will be a huge cash grab for him.
BUT, we can only hope this indictment will turn off many independents considering voting for Trump.
And for the Dem base – sane people – we must use it to motivate them to come out in droves. Take nothing for granted.
And as the indictments continue to come in, even some of Donald's core base may start to wonder. And just not show up.
So, we've got a battle ahead. But make no mistake. This is a short term AND long term WIN.

As the Republican House in Kentucky overrides Gov. Beshear’s veto of the anti-trans bill, SB 150, here are the FACTS:
- In 27 studies involving almost 8,000 teens & adults who had transgender surgeries just 1% expressed regret, and many of those who expressed regret later no longer regretted their decision.
- Out of those who regretted their decision, the cause of regret was mostly from a lack of social support after surgery.
Now here are the facts about how these Transgender transition procedures help teens:
- Suicide Risk was Reduced 73% in Transgender teens with Gender-Affirming Care.
So, in other words, less than 1% regret getting surgery (this doesn't include puberty blockers, which are mostly reversible, or hormones), but it reduced suicide rates by a staggering 73%.
Republicans don't actually care about these kids. They care about further marginalizing Transgender Americans. These studies prove it.
This is really essential. The bill would allow the government to reach into any online activity you have, including "smart" devices and camera footage as well as Alexa records etc.
While mocking China, our own US lawmakers are imitating the same online authoritarianism.
OUTRAGEOUS: While Tennesseeans are still reeling from the latest mass shooting at a school, a federal judge just cleared the way for the state to drop the minimum age for residents to carry guns publicly without a permit to 18 years old. The age was changed to 21 just two years ago.
Last year, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee was asked if he'd support gun control measures, and his response was "We can't control what we can't control." This was days after 19 elementary school students were slaughtered in Uvalde.
Tennessee's Republican-led population is roughly 7 million. In 2020, only 2.8 million eligible voters cast votes. That's a lot of nonvoting citizens who could make a difference.
VOTE.
Think you're being slick? Cars need registration, licenses to drive them, and insurance in most places! We also have hundreds of safety restrictions on cars before they are road-ready. Oh and don't forget the fact that one needs to pass a test to drive, take a course, and there are all sorts of restrictions based on age, health, etc. Your flex just got a reality check 🚘✋.
