@discoveryplusUK Where is "Tour de France Femmes | Stage 3" on Discovery plus? It was on Eurosport 1 14:30-17:15; It was live on D+ earlier. But it is not in the D+ listings. Stages 1 and 2 are under "Latest". Stage 4 is under "Upcoming". Stage 3 is missing.
π RT if you think π³π΄ @AbraJonas is the Super-combative of the #TDF2024!

@MrTimDunn Back in the 80s when I'd go to visit my parents in Wales I'd call my mum from a payphone in Paddington. She couldn't hear me over the band but she'd know where I was.
@BCNtweet@GrmayeBiniam @IntermarcheW @BlackCyclistBCN I'm so happy for him. He burst onto the scene with Gent-Wevelgem and a magic Giro d'Italia outsprinting van der Poel for a stage win. But then there was the champagne bottle incident, nasty crash in Ronde van Vlaanderen and things just didn't seem to be going his way.
@griffcycle@BCNtweet@GrmayeBiniam @IntermarcheW @BlackCyclistBCN Don't jinx him! It's still mathematically possible for Phillipsen to take Green. Bini can put it to bed today, fingers crossed. Go Bini! Go @IntermarcheW!
Sandhurst Road today. When @LewishamCouncil allows pavement parking AND tolerates people turning their tiny front gardens into driveways, you get a *total* lack of walking space.
When are you going to fix our road, @Brenda_Dacres and @LouiseKrupski?
@daniellloyd1 What I want on a Sunday in July is endless sunflower fields, a doomed breakaway consisting of riders I've never heard of from wildcard teams I've scarcely heard of, and some chateaux. I don't like this excitement business at all.
@BikingTommo@DanMartin86 Yes Jonas mentioned that there was "more help from gravity" from Pog (or words like that) on the straighter, non technical, section(s) where most of the gains were made.
When will Lewisham Council do something to stop people driving onto the pavement and dumping their cars, vans and lorries for hours or days?
Why should people have to dodge motor vehicles driving around on footpaths?
@nedboulting @willnorman There's an absolutely fantastic cycle path on the Isle of Sheppey. It's close to perfect. Only one minor problem: It's on the Isle of Sheppey.
@carlafrancome Mine similar. I had a topeak wedge with 2 tubes, multi tool, mini pliers, levers, tiny charger some Clif bars, phone. In jersey, little wallet with 2 cards+cash, more snacks, waterproof. Much reduced from my usual clobber for solo rides. Just over 7hr. Insanely fast for me.
@roadcc This article featured the Tite St to Chelsea Bridge segment. I have just taken the KOM on this, with a speed of 70.9km/h (44mph). Here's how it came about. I did this to demonstrate how these aberrant speeds appear on Strava. @roadcc@LotsHurts 1/6
@roadcc@LotsHurts I realise that editing files to fool Strava into giving me a KOM is not cool, but I did this just to prove a point. I'll take this ride down in a while. https://t.co/im1vuGIMe7 6/6

@roadcc@LotsHurts So for reasons unknown to me (and probably to them) the top 10 of this segment somehow uploaded a turbo workout in a form that Strava thought was a real ride, and applied a naΓ―ve algorithm to determine the speed, trusting the wonky waypoints. 5/6
