@jasonvmiller@lcamtuf I was talking about accessibility *within* academia itself. Different fields should be accessible to others to cultivate collaboration.
@lcamtuf I do agree that some papers have garbage pseudocode that is utterly unreadable, and the notation could definitely use some standardization. But using a fully-fledged programming language would beat the main purpose of pseudocode imo.
@lcamtuf Isn't the main purpose of pseudocode in academia is to make it so that it is more accessible, i.e. to make it readable by anyone regardless of what PLs they may/may not know?
