@sainsburys Really disappointed with @sainsburys can’t message, can’t email and when you call it says too busy and hangs up the call, I’m a extremely vulnerable customer who has shopped for years via online and because the account is in my partners name it’s not picked up from the gov list
@sainsburys I can’t reply to your message as an automated message pops up and I can’t call you because an automated messages cuts me@off telling me you’re too busy? My questions is quite simple?
