All right, David. This story is crazy. It is bonkers. As I just did my best to summarize the funneling of $10 million to Republican causes that was supposed to go to Hope Florida. But this completely crazy level of corruption is happening in a state you are hoping to lead. What do you think is most important for people just tuning into this story, trying to digest it to really understand?

David Jolly: Yeah, let's simplify it. Our Governor, our U.S. Senator, and our Attorney General were involved in an orchestrated scheme to launder money from the state Medicaid program to the First Lady's non-profit and then pass it through to political committees to benefit the Governor.

It's money laundered. It's money laundering. And as a result of all of them colluding, then what the Governor did is he promoted the people who architected it.

Our Attorney General at the time, Ashley Moody, became a United States Senator by appointment. The Governor's Chief of Staff became our state Attorney General by appointment. A Deputy Attorney General was promoted to a judgeship.

And part of the frustration of the grand jury, if you go through the report, is they say nobody would really cooperate with this, everybody pointed at somebody else, and most of them were lawyers who could be shielded by the practice of law and therefore were unable to recommend charges.

Which is why, as a candidate for Governor, I have said that we should reopen the Hope Florida investigation, get the additional facts under an independent counsel or special counsel, or at least an office that's not going to be implicated in the actual alleged crimes themselves.

And honestly, Jen, this doesn't have to be a partisan moment. I'm asking Byron Donalds, the Republican nominee, to commit to the same thing: reopen the Hope Florida investigation so that Florida's voters can get a clear picture of how money was laundered from needy families in need of healthcare into the political ambitions of our Governor.”

🚨BREAKING: A masked ICE agent was caught on a surveillance camera trespassing through private backyards, with his taser drawn, in Pompano Beach, Florida.

In the video, the masked agent can be seen walking through private backyards, searching each property’s patio, with his taser drawn… before walking away.

And we need to stop normalizing this.

The Fourth Amendment protects people against unreasonable searches and seizures, and requires the government to have a warrant, consent, or a recognized exception before entering private property to conduct a search.

Your backyard is still your private property.

Your constitutional rights don’t disappear because the person walking onto your property is wearing a badge.

And somehow, we’re being conditioned to see this as normal.

IT IS NOT NORMAL.

It should not be normal.

Because if the government can just walk onto your private property, with weapons drawn, and expect you to accept it… we’re not talking about immigration enforcement anymore.

We’re talking about a government that is no longer respecting the constitutional rights of the people it’s supposed to be protecting.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE/Border Patrol agent approached a U.S. citizen at a gas station, in Lake Worth, Florida, demanded his ID, and when the U.S. citizen asked why? …

The agent’s said, “Because you’re an immigrant.”

Except that is not how the Constitution works.

In the video, the U.S. citizen is standing at a gas station when an agent walks up and says, “Let me see your ID.”

The man asks a completely reasonable question, “Why?”

The agent responds, “Because you’re an immigrant.”

And before the man has even been identified, the agents grab his hands and puts him in handcuffs.

People standing around immediately start questioning what is happening…asking the agents how they can arrest someone when they haven’t even identified who he is…

But the agents ignore them and walk the man to their vehicle.

The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. The Supreme Court has held that roving Border Patrol agents need reasonable suspicion, based on specific circumstances, to stop someone and question them about immigration status. And apparent ethnicity, by itself, is not enough.

So, what was the actual legal basis for demanding this man show his ID?

Because if the answer is literally… “because you’re an immigrant,” that should piss off every American.

You should not have to prove you’re a U.S. citizen before the government decides it has the right to put you in handcuffs.

And this is just another reminder that constitutional rights don’t mean anything if federal agents can violate them, over and over again, with no accountability.

BREAKING: FINALLY! A federal judge hits corrupt
Attorney General Todd Blanche with a deadline to cough up an explanation for why the Justice Department hasn't released the full Epstein files.

President Pedophile has run out of room to hide...

"Judge orders Justice Dept & Todd Blanche to respond by Thursday to latest motion in @KatiePhang lawsuit, which seeks release of more Epstein Files," MeidasTouch's Scott Macfarlane reported on X. "Blanche and his agency must answer for why they haven't sufficiently turned over FBI agent interview notes."

The judge in the case is U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan.

Phang, an attorney and former MSNBC host, won a preliminary injunction back in June to force the Justice Department to unredact crucial Epstein documents. Rather than obey that order, the DOJ has dragged its feet and failed to comply. And we know why. Trump's name is all over those files. Just in the files we have seen, he's accused of heinous sexual abuse of children.

“On June 26, 2026, Judge Sullivan entered an order granting my Motion for Preliminary Injunction, directing Todd Blanche to ‘immediately initiate review and production of foreign-language materials that may be subject to production under the Epstein Files Transparency Act,’” Phang wrote on her Substack last week.

“As of August 15, 2026, that hasn’t happened. And consider that language as compared to some of the other areas of that preliminary injunction order: the court didn’t give Blanche an ‘out’ to explain why he couldn’t do the translations; the court ordered him to ‘immediately initiate review and production,’” she added.

Enough is enough. The entire world knows that Donald Trump is a pedophile. The Republican Party has its collective head in the sand as they pretend that the full truth will never see the light of day. But the truth is coming and when it does, everyone who stood by this man will be tarred forever by his crimes.
