I sincerely hope KJH, and PM as a whole, will indeed improve to protect their employees, not just tell them "oh fight your abusers now that you're distanced from us" and display better transparency towards their remaining fans.

well, that is AT LEAST something, and I'm glad if it can provide a little peace of mind for some people, though I would beg for a good bunch going "nice!! we can finally forget about it" to not treat this just like some on/off situation and perhaps remember where it stemmed from.

Unless I'm wrong, they'll still have to go through court to finalize all of this, so, will happen what will happens. I hope they stick to their words.

And that everyone will eventually get a picture clear enough to be able to draw a proper judgement on their own.

@ChillyGalatine This situation hit at the core of the community, it smashed the very values fans cared about, which created this division.

The humane sentiment of "belonging to the group that is right" to be able to protect one's personal values is strongly felt in what's currently happening.

Now, we've come to a point of accusatory voice vs. Accusatory voice, and as much as I'd like to, it's really hard to take a proper stance when a lot of exchanges are retained (rightfully for legal reasons).

It's hard not feeling like both sides are being dubious at this point.
