@talk2GLOBE@enjoyGLOBE we purchased extreme wifi postpaid last August 3, told we can use it after 3-5 days. Until now, 1 month from day of purchase still no signal! Frustrating!!!
@enjoyGLOBE@talk2GLOBE Apparently, your store agent messed up the sim serial when she was entering it to the system, they told us they updated it but again 1 month from day of purchased we cant use the wifi!!! Worst is we are not getting any support frm them to resolve this!
We were asking for the name of the agent who made the error and the manager and got no response!!! Makes matter wordt we just got a bill!! Really?! For something we cant use from day1!!!
They told me thru email that manager Said he/she will call me yesterday but guess what, as expected, received no call! All they say when we go the store is that they will check it again! Cant even give us a date of when they expect this to get resolved! This is the worst!!!
