Just wasted two hours of my life trying to speak to a human at @VerizonSupport was on hold for over an hour & a half before the call dropped. Three times in total before I gave up. I can’t do it on line. I have to call. You make enough $ to have better customer service than this!

And no @verizon I can’t use your handy app to schedule a call Bc you have to log in to do that and I can’t log in!!! Answer the damn phone. You make enough money to pay people to help your customers without them waiting an hour and a half now for someone to pick up.
