@Etihad, you are in breach of DGCA refund timelines for PNR: 7VH49L. I have proof of a confirmed refund for INR 102,865, yet you have only sent INR 3,000. It has been 2 months. I am now escalating this to @AirSewa_MoCA and @DGCAIndia. I expect my funds and compensation for delay

Hey @Etihad, I’ve been waiting 70+ days for my refund (PNR: 7VH49L). Your own "Refund Notice" confirmed INR 102,865, but I only received INR 3,000. This is a massive discrepancy. I've called 3 times with no fix. Please resolve this and the statutory delay immediately!

@amazonIN amazon agents are just hanging up on me are saying there’s a inquiry team and will contact me in a few days but it’s been a month and nothings happened, I will file a lawsuit within 48 hours if nothings done @amazonIN @amazon @AmazonHelp

I had ordered Boat Airdopes on the 31st of July and called for a replacement, while replacing the delivery agent took my airdopes but could not give the new pair due to OTP issues so I thought re attempt of delivery would happen in a few days (1/2)

it’s been a month i’ve contacted amazon multiple times but they just hung or said will get back to me or said can’t do anything, I have CCTV footage to of the delivery person taking my order but amazon customer care says no pick up has happened, please look into this @amazonIN
