For Anja and Kyla, being refused service in a taxi or rideshare is something they’ve experienced many times before. Sometimes it’s because drivers don’t want a dog in their car. Other times it’s because Anja’s disability isn’t visible. ​

@BlondeHistorian @GuideDogAva Thank you for sharing this story. In the eyes of so many people Guide Dogs are the pinnacle ADs. As the handler of a psychiatric AD I find we're sometimes judged as not being "as legit". It makes me fearful of accidents like the one you've experienced. 1/2
