One of the first times I ate food after 3 months of no eating, drinking or talking. The ST’s from @NHSGrampian Rhoda & Penny did fantastic work in helping me learn how to swallow again whilst I had the trachy tube in my throat. They were great at their jobs & even better people!

There were a selection of thickened drinks to try and a selection of stage C snacks for people to taste and see if they knew what they were (incl chocolate muffin, digestive biscuit, cheese scone, cheese & crackers).
