Do any other radiographers feel the need to comment on every incidental finding and normal variant? And also to report negative findings to show the referrer you have looked at that particular area?

Just watched a great talk by @PMccoubrie The Rules of Radiology Reporting from the Radiopaedia conference. As a CT head reporting radiographer I find my reports are longer when compared to the radiologists. Need to take some of the tips on board!
