@ia8888888 @darlingstrawbie I totally get that, but there’s also a difference between processed foods like this, canned tuna, frozen veggies, etc.; and ultra processed foods, such as soda, chicken nuggets, candy, etc! I try to give small amounts of the processed versus made from scratch and fresh!
