I can’t connect to a real person during the outage and the Xfinity Assistant is worthless. I just get ETAs for completion that come and go. I just want to know what is going on and a real timeframe for when I’ll be able to use the service I’m paying for

@XfinitySupport this is nuts. My Xfinity service has been down for 16 hours for a “power outage” when AES has no power outage anywhere near me. The Xfinity outage keeps getting reset on the app, so it now looks like service has only been down for 5 minutes. What is going on?
