@flyspicejet I think your planning is incorrect. If the flights are consistently delayed from those sectors EVERYDAY, shouldn't you try to plan the initial locations accordingly? 7 years ago, I wad in spicejet - was delayed. 7 yrs later- the same thing.🥲

The concern is very simple. In your platform, there is no option to purchase or opt for an internet plan without added OTT package by default. It's like, you are FORCING us TO BUY OTT with INTERNET PACKAGE. And WHAT IF I DON'T WANT? Why would I be forced and asked to pay extra?
