Same experience, I’ve had to downgrade due to not getting my refund, did anyone have any luck getting refunded? From t&c of @opodo they are merely acting as a representative and any disputes are directly with @VirginAtlantic

@opodo why when @VirginAtlantic have cancelled my flights have they retained over £500 of my money claiming service charges. I have taken your £200 service charges on the chin as I see you have performed some form of service but @VirginAtlantic have done nothing to warrant £500

@VirginAtlantic my USA flight from Manchester has been cancelled and I’ve now beenoffered flights from london. As I am travelling as a single parent with a baby this just isn’t possible for me to do safely. So disappointed, I booked with virgin as I expected a great service
