When I was in labor, one of the doctors, nurses, someone Idkk who, came in to check on my progress. And my little toes were uncovered. I had gotten. Pedicure the days before, classic French tip. And he complimented me on my toes, said they looked nice and classic🥰

I recently started EMDR therapy, today we were working on some childhood trauma. I always have an orb that enters my vision during sessions. Today my orb gave me a hug, and it was the sweetest action my conscious did. And then my orb took me to my safe place.
