A few of blatant mistakes in the Quran:

The sun revolves around the Earth and not the other way around.

Surah At-Tariq (86:6-7)
He was created from a gushing fluid that issues from between the backbone and the ribs. This refers to semen. Semen is not produced that way. Spermatozoa are produced in the testicles and then mature in the epididymides. The seminal vesicles and the prostate produce the bulk of the fluid that makes up semen.

In some surah it describes the formation of the fetus by saying that the bones are clothed with flesh. But everything develops concurrently, not one thing before the other, and the bones at birth are not even finished, unlike the rest—that’s why babies have a “soft” skull; the skull is not yet fully formed at birth, so the bones form last.
