México es el #Bestshoring de América Latina, ya que es el país que recibirá más inversión por la relocalización de empresas. Para impulsar más la inversión, emitimos los lineamientos para otorgamiento de beneficios fiscales empresas que inviertan en el #Istmo. La reducción del ISR podrá ser del 50% y hasta del 90%.

Las empresas podrán acceder a estos beneficios si superan los montos mínimos de inversión a partir del cuarto ejercicio fiscal. El objetivo es promover el desarrollo económico para continuar con la disminución de la desigualdad regional en el país.

Estos lineamientos establecen criterios y requisitos para acceder a los distintos porcentajes de reducción en el ISR.
