Yesterday, APM governorship candidate, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi, continued his 2027 consultative tour across Oorelope, Saki East and Atisbo LGAs, engaging traditional rulers, religious leaders, traders, artisans, transport workers, civil servants, community leaders and party members.

Stakeholders commended Governor Seyi Makinde’s infrastructure and workers’ welfare initiatives, while urging Adekanmbi to sustain and expand them if elected. Their key requests included road construction and rehabilitation, higher institutions, a police college, a Federal Medical Centre, improved healthcare facilities, stronger security, and better welfare for traditional rulers, civil servants and pensioners.

Adekanmbi thanked residents for their feedback, saying the consultations were aimed at understanding the specific needs of communities and incorporating them into his proposed development agenda. He also urged APM members to remain committed to the party, promising an administration focused on good governance and equitable development across Oyo State.
