As an athlete, you need to support your teammates after they make mistakes. Getting upset isn’t going to help them play better. By encouraging and uplifting your teammates, you help your team succeed.
If you go D1…GREAT! If you get a shot in D2..AMAZING! If you go to the NAIA, WONDERFUL! If you make it to D3, FANTASTIC! If you’re playing JUCO, AWESOME! NCCAA or ACCA? BLESSED! Celebrate YOUR achievements! Don’t focus on other’s journeys! Only 6% make it to the next level.

As an athlete, don’t put too much pressure on yourself to succeed. Not only does this hurt your mental health, but it also hurts your performance in games. To be happy and successful, you need to take unnecessary pressure off of yourself, have fun, and keep a positive attitude.
