Being shouted at while blitzing the dates with other workmates around just to achieve this freakin sticky dates batter. Working with experienced chef is literally learning in the hard way. But, it’s a learning process.

6 days of working, 5 days doing double, 3 different workplaces, around 63 hours. Biggest one I’ve ever gotten in a week. Definitely wasn’t easy until up to this point. Lots have to be sacrificed. Maybe it’s just a small amount for some people but I’m pretty happy about it :)

I went to a chinese restaurant named malatang to get some food. I was waiting while standing up and then the lady in the yellow looked at me, smile and said please have a seat IN CHINESE. Dudeee she thought I’m Chinese!!! Idk if that’s a good or bad thing but dudeee ni hao ni hao
