@venkatatweets IMO, He consumes too many dot balls initially. Moreover, there are too many top order batters in the squad. The optimal combination is to pick a WK who can bat at 4,5,6. IMO, the selection has nothing to do with his break. He was not in the starting 11 even before in AUS T20s.

@CricSubhayan Arshin is a very promising All rounder, bats in the top order, can tonk the ball long. He bowls with the new ball with a decent pace and can able to swing the ball both ways, height factor. He should be fast tracked. One or two franchises should go for him.

[Arijeet @arijeet259]

@baabi_98 KS Bharath is the only reliable option available.

[Wisden @WisdenCricket]

Rinku Singh has started his international career well, but India need to back him through rough patches, for he is not an average Twenty20 cricketer, writes @ovshake42.

He currently strikes at 216.94 in T20I cricket...

@baabi_98 Gerald Coetzee and Spencer Johnson are must....

[Arijeet @arijeet259]

@CricKaushik_ Iyer should be the best choice in white ball formats. But for this, he needs to lead his team to IPL qualifiers at least in the upcoming season.

[Arijeet @arijeet259]

@CricSubhayan Shreyas should be leading looking at the future....tactically promising....provided he doesn't ask for rest too..

@KkrKaravan 1. WK-Batter: Harvik Desai
2. Pace bowling spearhead: Pat Cummins
3. Backup pace bowler: Madhushanka
4. Middle Order Enforcer/Finisher/ All-Rounder: Azmatullah Omarzai
5. Spin All rounder: Wellalage

Azmat is a must.....
Arshin Kulkarni should be replaced in place of V Iyer...

[Arijeet @arijeet259]

@baabi_98 Better choice, but where will he bat, with the likes of Gurbaz, Roy, Shreyas, and Rana in the top order? Azamtullah Omarzai is impressive....KKR mgmt should rope him in.

[Arijeet @arijeet259]

@KKRiders Azamtullah Omarzai......

[Arijeet @arijeet259]

@baabi_98 We are quite familiar with this kind of situation. Thanks to the worst retention policy and auction strategy of the franchise. Players like Gill, Tripathi, Prasidh shouldn't be released. We even tried to bring Shami, Jaiswal, Pooran, but finally opted out from the auction race.

@KkrKaravan Though it is in hindsight, we should still have gone for Avinash and Vivrant a bit higher. But then, auction dynamics are complex. Shouldn't be judged in hindsight.
