Whole lane remains blacked out, increasing stray dog menace & risk for children & pedestrians.

Meanwhile, kindly guide whom I should approach at RTO office for the name spell correction, as the vehicle fitness renewal cannot proceed until the correction is done.

We have issues with working of Parivahan. I had misspelled it earlier. It is expected to work in a day or two . Further i have been informed your spell correction is not an online service. Have asked RTO Jammu to look i to ur grievance. And also to work to make such corrections on line.

Visited RTO Jammu for correction of spelling error in RC. No one available at the counters, no proper guidance about which section handles the service, made to roam from 1 counter to another for hours & in the end the entire office system stopped working.

₹200 charge by Jammu Municipal Corporation for waste + property tax (above 1800 sq ft).

So we pay more,but where r the amenities?

Facing repeated issue with Jio remote — red light keeps blinking and it stops working. Remote was replaced recently, but same problem again within days.

Need a permanent solution, not repeated replacements.

Ordered water bottles on @Flipkart at a confirmed price. Courier delayed delivery deliberately & the order got auto-cancelled without any intimation.

Now the same product is listed at almost double the price.
This clearly looks like unfair trade practice & deficiency in service.

Are customers supposed to keep waiting indefinitely while you send copy-paste responses?

If the issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this legally.

Despite raising service request for replacement of filter candles, the assigned engineer refused to replace the parts claiming I already possess them. The ASM also behaved in a highly unprofessional manner on call. Request immediate intervention and resolution.

Shipment reached Jammu hub on 2nd March, delivery was scheduled for today, yet it hasn’t been delivered. Also, no contact person available for updates.

@IFBAppliances Very poor service experience. Ticket ID 1019039752 (Neptune VX) raised on 01/02/2026 is still unresolved.
First kept on hold due to non availability of spares, now reassigned after 20 days with no solution.

Why sell products if after-sales support is this slow?
