A couple of days have passed, and despite repeated attempts from my side and intervention by @MoCA_GoI , there has still been no response from @IndiGo6E .
Please resolve this urgently. I have a significant amount outstanding due to two bookings for the same journey, and I need clarity on the refund/overpayment.

As a long-standing customer, I also have two suggestions:
Flight cancellation communication: You informed me that the flight was cancelled, after which I made an alternate booking. The flight was subsequently made operational again, but this was not communicated to me. If a cancelled flight may be reinstated, customers should be clearly informed before making a fresh booking.
Customer support: Despite repeated attempts and more than a day having passed, I have received no response. This needs significant improvement.

@IndiGo6E @summisharma @MoCAIndia — please have someone look into this and resolve it. I expect better from IndiGo.

@MoCA_GoI Also to inform that there is no official communication (email, whatsapp) from @IndiGo6E that the original flight which was cancelled yesterday is operational again. Expected better communication from such a reputed org.

To be precise, I have booked another Indigo flight for the same destination with PNR DEPF2X. This is a better option for us in terms of time and cost. Hence I don't want to cancel it. Please consider since we are travelling with child and family. Also thanks @MoCA_GoI for calling
