PM is requesting for WFH and this is the condition of the fiber broadband service of the so called No. 1 network provider @airtelindia after a very light rain in Kolkata (and their bot handling the problem).

Why shouldn't there be any penalty based on downtime?

@airtelindia your broadband internet is getting worse day by day in Kolkata - frequently getting disconnected & reconnected for last one month.The most painful is to share the problem via chatbot - A ticket is created and then closed via your mysterious process. Problem persists.

Called Customer support and they said to visit a Service Center!
