Most teams optimize the wrong layer of RAG.

They upgrade the LLM when the output is wrong.

That's like hiring a better chef when your groceries are rotten.

The LLM only reasons over what retrieval hands it. Garbage context in, confident garbage out.

Most AI apps forget something basic.

The LLM doesn't know your data.
RAG fixes that.

RAG = Retrieval Augmented Generation

Instead of retraining the model, you:
→ Feed it your documents
→ Let it search for relevant chunks
→ Then generate answers from that context

I earned a shopping voucher in @amazonIN but today when I went to check it, it was not there.

After researching, I found vouchers get expired after 1 year.

I don't even get any notification before expiry. Silently vanishing my whole earning is absolutely theft @amazonIN 😭

💾 Memory: so it doesn't forget
🔧 Tools: it can act
⚡ Trigger: so it knows when to start
