My 70+ yrs old father closed the bank ac originally rgstd with u, bank itself was closing dwn,1 yr back. He forget to intimate U then. Now u r asking for proof of old a/c, his money is stuck.pls help. Folio 401173353256

After paying premium for 15 yrs, when it comes to maturity claim, payment is still pending for long time. All relevant docs submitted at the home branch (Br. code 440) pathetic service of LIC, raised the concern with regional level also @LICIndiaForever

Rs.5000/- online transfer was failed on12 April and still not refunded or resolved. Raised complaint no.3163013536. Pathetic customer care service. Called, raised and still praying for my own money. No one to hear in Union Bank of India.

@NipponIndMFCare If new bank ac is updated then why have you issued the attached instrument in favour of old, now closed bank a/c? I hv requested to cancel it and reissue in favour new bank a/c to you /customer care email earlier. No response. Pls reissue in favour on new bank ac
