📢TC Irene Develops West of Vanuatu
🌀Tropical Depression TD05F developed into a tropical cyclone (category 1) and named TC Irene at 6pm this evening while located to the west of Vanuatu.
TC Irene is expected to move southeast between New Caledonia and southern Vanuatu.
