Huge security concern in 12506. PNR# 2950176333. The train has been stopped in PPTA & is mobbed by unauthorised people. No RPF, no administrative action. Complaint (16431) raised on 139 twice & got closed immediately without any action.

Disgusting experience at IXB while boarding. Charged INR 4500 at the gate for excess luggage including a laptop bag. No heads-up, no intention to help by the ground person at the gate. Icing on the cake was the audacity of misbehaving.

@CloudnineCare OPD section of of Gurgaon Sec. 14 is serving the pregnant patients pathetic. Wait time against booked appointment is way too long. Very poor behavior from the staff at the front office and customer support. Extremely disappointing!!

I have been complaining abt the poor network services at my place. Unfortunately no resolution despite marking numerous emails. Whoever is calling is trying to charge for a technical visit for a service which should be default.
Only policy being pasted on the face to charge extra for a technical visit. Pls listen to all interactions and go through the emails.
Irrelevant to the context but frankly the communication skill of the guy from CEO's office was quite poor.
