@JioCare Still not solved from 2/06/2026 no one came to solve the issue. Unable to use the service after paying 3333 Rs. Solve the issue or terminate the service and issue refund.

@JioCare @reliancejio This is the 3rd time contacting no one is coming for service request SR000037C9UT.The router is faulty and the service person is not ready to change the router.Please solve this,or I will complaint this to consumer court.LandLine, jio join also not working.

@JioCare My voip has just stopped working and showing as unregistered, cannot register using jio join app, though i am connected to the router's wifi.Plz help regarding this matter.This is the 2nd time i am contacting regarding this issue.
