@RitikGupta12 @Swiggy @SwiggyCares @instamart_it Faced a similar issue with swiggy where they denied refund. Put up a complaint on consumer forum and recieved the refund. Will take some time but Swiggy only refunds aftet consumer forum complaints.

@Gouravshri77 @Flipkart @_Kalyan_K Well said Gourav. Difference in Amazon and Flipkart is like night and day. Their processes and obsession with customer satisfaction makes them way better than Flipkart.

@Flipkart is a total fraud platform. Amazon never has issues with exchanges & have well defined processes in place while Flipkart uses dishonest means to cheat customers by giving offers & not honouring them.This makes me understand why Amazon is better than FlipKart. @_Kalyan_K
