Patient at one point asked me a question, I replied “Yes ma’am.” She hadn’t quite looked at me until I said that. After she was fully engaged.

@williamtreed Cook catheter is a nice move here, like you said, so you can ventilate in a bad situation. Also, for our colleagues who may not as be familiar with intubating, it's also important to know if you can intubate from above as a last-ditch rescue.
