personally don’t vibe with “affirm til it shows up” or “affirm til you have it.” it’s just affirm BECAUSE i have it. you know, since affirmations are just statements. 💃🏽
Literally just observe your mental story. that’s your answer you don’t need a coach. change the mental story + change how you act ( aka setting boundaries & stop accepting crumbs and being a doormat)
you’re struggling with SP. sit down and check what your dominant story is:
1. What you think about yourself
2. What you think about him
Change the story -> Affirm, visualize or use a method you resonate with.

If you are "manifesting“ an SP.
Be the kind of person for whom this is just normal. Normalize your SP/ Relationship. the thought of having your SP should be the same as like having a pair of socks.
guys srsly everything can change in seconds. like you are the proof. you are also changing your mind about your SP every second so why wouldn’t your SP change their mind? it doesn’t matter what they said or did. the past doesn’t exist anymore.
if you’re an overthinker like me make it to your advantage. it’s a skill. clearly you are good at replaying stuff in your mind. just replace it with something that feels good & you want to experience. if you rewire your brain like that manifesting can get so easy & flowing.
U don’t have to identify, feel it real, affirm 10k. U just have to NORMALIZE having the thing. if u want a skirt you also don’t identify as it or pretend having it. It’s not a big deal bc it’s normal for u to own a skirt. just accept it’s possible to have the desire.
manifesting is just normalizing the thing you want. Repetition is here to normalize the thought, visualization is also to normalize the experience, etc…
it’s not that deep. it’s not a go heal your traumas and find your “limiting beliefs” game.
just make one list with couple of affirmations about ur SP, how u see him & what u would tell ur friends about him if he was ur bf.
Make a second list with affirmations for ur self worth.
Imo u are the most important person in ur reality, so ur focus should primarily be on YOU!
it is very effective if you change / redirect your thoughts in the moment when the triggers occurs. if you have a negative unpleasant thought -> shift immediately.
this helps to rewire your neurological pathways fast.
