Keep going! Rome wasn't built in a day!

Does anyone know the answer to this?? #ugccommunity #ugcopportunities

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

If your contract says “all inventions shall be sole property of the client” does that mean usage rights? 🧐#ugccommunity #ugccreatorsneeded

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

@_ugcjan That was me before but you were not created to be nervous! Can’t wait to see how much this decision blesses you!

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

@_sunkizzed My thoughts exactly 😂

@UGC_VEE @createwithhalle To be fully transparent — I received the email requesting a gifted collab prior to me explicitly, stating I am a “UGC creator” and knowing about a contract + raw footage etc. So I accepted the gift/ confirmed I would send the raw video via email but now knowing…I’m like hell nah

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

A gifted collab requested raw video of me using a product. I asked them to sign a contract stating if they used the footage after 3 months they would $$ they responded — we want to see how it performs first then $$ —but then they will already have the vids.. #qtna #ugccommunity

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

@zacromero Wow, Zac! Thanks for sharing from your perspective. This is a sigh of relief. 😩

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

@AisaMaeUGC thank you for your response! I definitely did not send anything yet. I still am debating on how to respond since they’re refusing to sign the contract. 🥴

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

@createwithhalle How should I respond to their email since they want the footage without signing anything? And ONLY wanted raw footage so they could edit themselves. Do I just accept the gift, respectfully decline sending, and keep it pushing?

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

What should I do? Any advice? 😭 #ugccreatorsneeded ⬆️

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

@chyugc Yes!!! It’s really just weird to me. I feel like I’m being watched. 🫠

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

@tarynfalugc Another great question. Basically, can you send an email with anyyy links in your email signature without it showing up as “spam,” or nah?✨ #qtna #ugccommunity #ugccreatorsneeded

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

I have a similar/ follow up question — if you link your portfolio in your email signature, will it still run the risk of going to spam??

[TARYN | model @tarynfalugc]

UGC question - do you include your portfolio in the 1st pitch email? #ugccreators #UGC

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

@jovic_alexandra You got this, sis! ✨

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

I keep seeing all of these "secured ____ in my first 2 hours of #ugc." I am stoked if that's your story but for those discouraged by the sudden results of others - YOU are still needed. YOU are valuable. YOU will NOT give up! Keep shooting your shot. All it takes is one! 💯🗣

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

@tarynfalugc thank you for the response! Ironically — Do you know if your previous company is hiring by chance? Asking for a friend lol. My DM’s are open.

[✰ Ariana ✰ UGC Creator + SMM @arisimone_ugc]

I’m noticing #ugccreators are charging for materials/ gems others are giving away for free. For any #newugccreator ‘s out there trying to figure it out, not everything you have to pay for. You just have to research. ✨ #ugccommunity

@AskAuntiePaige You got thissss! You for sure could do it. Or try 8am-8pm! Same difference, huh? Lol
