@TTPets02 @NSWHealth @RichardTuffin How so? The Western Sydney cluster and the Northern Beaches cluster are not connected and were started off separately. Things could’ve been done much better, but it hasn’t actually spread outside of these zones, so I’m not sure what you mean by failed to contain the spread.
